North Carolina Super Lawyers recognized 57 Robinson Bradshaw attorneys as Super Lawyers and Rising Stars for 2025. Its 20th anniversary publication announcing the rankings featured Robinson Bradshaw litigator Robert E. Harrington in its cover story.
Harrington was among four attorneys highlighted for achieving a North Carolina Super Lawyers ranking for all 20 years of its run. Harrington shared memories and reflections from his more than 35 years of legal practice, including the greatest lesson he’s learned along the way.
“Trust your instincts,” Harrington said. “We have to work hard. We have to find the right answers. But I think we’re geared to consider and reconsider and reconsider and reconsider, and at the point when you feel you’ve adequately prepared, trust that and stick with it.”
The anniversary issue also included memories from past Super Lawyers cover stars, including Robinson Bradshaw’s John R. Wester: “Coming through clearly in my memory is thanksgiving for the opportunity to labor in our profession, a labor I continue to welcome each day, and to count as an abiding blessing.”
