Profile

Graham Robinson's areas of practice include private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, sports and licensing, and general corporate law. He regularly counsels private investment funds, banks, other capital providers and companies in the structuring and documentation of complex acquisitions, minority equity investments and financings. Graham has extensive experience in the negotiation of intercreditor agreements, including those relating to second lien debt, mezzanine debt and secured mezzanine debt.

In his sports practice, Graham has represented collegiate sports organizations, including the Southeastern Conference and the NCAA, in all types of matters, including the documentation and negotiation of broadcast agreements, digital rights and new media agreements.
