Caleb is a reliable resource for these and more when confronted with human resources and employment law concerns, whether the goal is to avoid litigation or resolve it.
Caleb also advises on diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility matters, helping clients to calibrate and implement strategies to achieve their DEI/IDEA goals from compliance to corporate social responsibility.
Caleb draws upon his years of experience as associate general counsel for Advocate Health where he served as the primary attorney adviser to senior executives and the human resources department on labor and employment issues for the Atrium Health brand.
