Megan Clemency Haynes is a transactional lawyer whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, health care law, joint ventures, and general corporate and commercial matters. She represents clients in many industries and has experience negotiating and drafting a variety of contractual arrangements, including organizational and governance documents, purchase agreements and related documentation.

In conjunction with her transactional practice, Megan assists clients in obtaining antitrust clearance for mergers and acquisitions, and advises clients on antitrust compliance matters.

Megan also advises clients on health care-related regulatory issues, including Anti-Kickback, physician self-referral laws, corporate practice of medicine and clinical integration.
