Corporate Finance Associate: Robinson Bradshaw, a large, regional full-service corporate law firm with a national practice, is seeking a corporate associate with three to six years of commercial lending experience in a variety of private credit, syndicated loan and other leveraged finance transactions. Experience working on middle market private-equity-backed leveraged finance transactions helpful. All candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding academic credentials and the ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
Fund Formation Associate: Robinson Bradshaw, a large, regional full-service corporate law firm with a national practice, is seeking a corporate associate with three to six years of experience representing private fund sponsors and institutional investors in private equity, venture capital, real estate, growth equity, hedge fund and/or similar fund formation transactions. The ideal applicant would have experience with the drafting and negotiation of partnership agreements, PPMs and related documents on behalf of private fund managers, and experience reviewing and negotiating investment documents on behalf of institutional investor clients. Applicants should also have a strong working familiarity with the regulatory and compliance issues associated with these transactions. All candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding academic credentials and the ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
