Represented a national retailer in multidistrict litigation involving class and collective actions based on alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the state labor laws of 19 different states.
Represented a state agency in defense of a wage-and-hour class action asserting claims for tens of millions of dollars in damages.
Represented a large health care system in defense of malpractice claims implicating the standard of care applicable to nurse practitioners.
