Robinson Bradshaw is pleased to announce that Caleb J. Holloway has joined the firm, expanding its employment and labor practice.

“Caleb brings to the table first-hand experience within our clients’ industries,” said Managing Partner Allen Robertson. “His background, paired with his legal acumen and problem-solving skills, will be an invaluable benefit to our firm’s clients.”

Holloway counsels companies on a wide range of day-to-day employment, human resources and compliance issues, drawing upon years of experience as associate general counsel for Advocate Health. He advises clients on internal and government investigations, and assists in implementing effective strategies to minimize litigation risk and optimize overall business and employee productivity. Holloway also advises on diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility matters, helping clients to calibrate and implement strategies to achieve their DEI/IDEA goals, from compliance to corporate social responsibility.

“We are excited for Caleb’s contributions to our team and to our pursuit of serving as true partners and counselors as our clients navigate the ever-changing landscape of employment law,” said Angelique R. Vincent, co-chair of the firm’s Employment & Labor Practice Group.

Holloway most recently served as Advocate Health's vice president for teammate relations and executive services. He was an employment litigator in private practice prior to his in-house roles. Holloway earned his law degree from Wake Forest University and his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
