Robinson Bradshaw attorney Caleb Holloway spoke with the Charlotte Ledger about the Federal Trade Commission’s sweeping new rule to ban all existing and new non-compete agreements for most workers. As many employers are seeking ways to prepare, Holloway shared that some companies may want to consider adding non-compete provisions for certain eligible executives before the rule is set to take effect.

“Some employers are going to want to enter into an agreement with their senior executives now, since now is the window to do that,” Holloway said.
