Robinson Bradshaw's Employment & Labor Practice Group hosted its annual Spread Some Cheer CLE program. Attorneys Susan Huber, Caleb Holloway and Katrina Hauprich were joined by EEOC Supervisory ADR Coordinator Zhanna Meggison as they discussed tactics for using artificial intelligence responsibly to minimize the risk of liability under various employment laws. Attendees gained a better understanding of how AI may already be in use at their company, whether by their employees or their vendor partners, or both. The presenters helped them understand the importance of creating and implementing AI policies that their workforce can understand and follow. This program provided crucial insights to help companies prevent and defend against discrimination complaints and class action lawsuits arising from the use of AI.
