Robinson Bradshaw advised Astara Capital Partners in the first platform investment made by Astara’s newly raised fund. A newly formed affiliate of Astara Capital Partners Fund I, L.P. invested in Del-Air Heating and Air Conditioning, a leading provider of residential HVAC installation and service, plumbing, electrical home services and replacements, and light commercial HVAC services and replacements throughout the Florida market.
