Profile
Lauren Talboom focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions. She has experience representing developers and owners of commercial real estate in the development, acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate projects, with particular emphasis on retail and hospitality properties. Lauren also has broad experience representing institutional lenders in a variety of single property and portfolio loan originations and modifications, as well as representing landlords and tenants in commercial, retail and office leasing transactions.
Lauren recognizes the value in understanding her clients' business objectives and draws upon her knowledge of the laws and customs of the real estate industry to provide guidance and counsel.
Before joining Robinson Bradshaw, Lauren was an attorney with Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.

Represented Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region, on a pro bono basis, in the leasing of its Latrobe Street building.
