Robinson Bradshaw advised EveryAge in its acquisition of Providence Place, a senior living community in High Point, North Carolina, with 160 independent living rental units, 90 assisted living beds and 129 skilled nursing beds. The transaction included two adjacent commercial properties. The firm also served as bond counsel in connection with tax-exempt bonds issued by the North Carolina Medical Care Commission to finance the deal.

EveryAge is a nonprofit corporation that operates retirement and affordable senior housing communities. With the addition of Providence Place, EveryAge expands its operations to include 1,335 senior living units across four communities in North Carolina and southeastern Virginia. This expansion will enable EveryAge to better meet the evolving needs of those they serve while driving further growth.

Robinson Bradshaw attorneys Alice Pinckney Adams, Andrew G. Hamill, Laurie Smith Helms, Allen K. Robertson, Lauren M. Talboom and Rosemary Chandler Wells assisted EveryAge in the transactions.
