Kristin Hendrickson represents clients in a broad range of transactional matters, with a focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law. She regularly represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in acquisitions and dispositions and represents public and private companies in connection with purchases and sales of businesses in both auction and non-auction settings. Additionally, Kristin represents banks, business development companies, small business investment companies and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including senior credit facilities and subordinated debt investments.
