Robinson Bradshaw advised Wells Fargo Securities LLC and U.S. Bank N.A. as joint book runners and joint lead arrangers in connection with a $440 million bridge financing to support the acquisition by HNI Corp., a manufacturer of workplace furnishings and residential building products, of all of the equity interests of Kimball International, a commercial furnishings company. In addition, Robinson Bradshaw advised Wells Fargo Securities LLC and U.S. Bank N.A. as joint book runners and joint lead arrangers of a $280 million delayed draw term loan facility and $50 million revolving credit facility increase for HNI Corp. in support of the acquisition.
