Zac Johnson represents clients in all phases of litigation, from factual development through appeal. He has experience drafting and filing briefs in state and federal courts, and litigating matters at both the trial and appellate levels.

Zac has also worked on complex cases involving data privacy issues for large companies, helping them navigate regulatory challenges and resolve disputes efficiently. Notably, he recently represented a publicly traded multinational company in resolving class action litigation related to an alleged data breach.

Zac is particularly focused on class action litigation, high-stakes appeals, and the evolving intersection of technology and the law.
