Zach Lankford is a corporate lawyer with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, growth equity and venture capital investments, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.

Zach has substantial experience representing strategic and financial buyers and sellers in a broad range of complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, cross-border transactions, growth equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, minority investments and carve-out transactions. His experience spans transactions with valuations ranging from less than $5 million to more than $1 billion, and in a broad range of industries, such as information technology and software, food and beverage, cybersecurity, banking, health care, industrials and education.

Zach also advises clients with respect to a variety of general corporate matters, including governance, employee incentive equity and commercial contracting.

Prior to joining Robinson Bradshaw, Zach was an attorney with McGuireWoods LLP in Charlotte and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Los Angeles.
