Zach Lankford is a corporate lawyer whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and other general corporate matters. He regularly represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in acquisitions and dispositions and represents public and private companies in connection with purchases and sales of businesses across a wide range of industries, such as information technology and software, consumer products and retail, construction, financial institutions, insurance and industrials.
Prior to joining Robinson Bradshaw, Zach practiced in the corporate groups of McGuireWoods LLP in Charlotte and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Los Angeles.
