Profile
Missy Siemietkowski is an experienced and versatile transactional and real estate attorney. Missy’s clients benefit from her three decades of experience handling a broad range of business and real estate transactions, commercial leasing and subleasing matters, commercial and construction contract reviews and negotiations, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. She has prior experience as in-house counsel to a baby formula manufacturer, a national flooring subcontractor, a commercial construction general contractor and an internet service provider.
With an insider’s perspective from these in-house counsel roles, Missy brings a pragmatic business approach in counseling clients to address and resolve their legal issues to align with their achievable goals. During her 14 years as an active-duty military spouse, Missy found her work in law to be a meaningful way to ground herself professionally, even when moving often and living overseas. This experience also honed Missy's ability to connect with all types of people, to find ease in new situations, and to remain adaptable and flexible – skills she now brings to the table in her client work.
Missy is not admitted to practice in North Carolina.
