Megan Childress is the director of new associate recruiting at Robinson Bradshaw. She is responsible for all aspects of the firm's law school, entry-level associate and post-judicial clerkship hiring. Megan oversees the summer associate program, manages new hire integration and orientation, and leads the candidate interview process, both on campus and in the office. She also supports the firm's diversity efforts and works closely with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
