Profile
MacKenzie Thurman is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on a range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, spinoffs, private equity investments, securities filings and general corporate law. She represents publicly traded companies, privately held companies and private equity funds and their portfolio companies in acquisitions, disposition and other business transactions. MacKenzie has experience drafting and negotiating a variety of contractual arrangements, including purchase agreements, investment agreements, organizational and governance documents, and related documentation.
Prior to joining Robinson Bradshaw, MacKenzie was an attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York City. She is not yet admitted to practice in North Carolina.
