Profile
Harrison Hull is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on commercial transactions, technology and intellectual property, startups and venture capital, and investment management. He has experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contractual arrangements, including software and technology licenses, investment agreements, and organizational and governance documents. Harrison also advises on privacy law matters and assists clients in preparing the terms and policies governing their websites, mobile applications and other digital assets.
Prior to attending law school, Harrison worked in public sector consulting, where he assisted a range of civilian agencies in developing and executing workforce transformation initiatives.

Drafted, reviewed and negotiated complex commercial agreements (including intellectual property and software licenses, software-as-a-service subscriptions and material transfer arrangements) for clients in the sustainable fuel, industrial technology, EdTech, and sports and entertainment industries.
Regularly advises clients on establishing compliance programs to meet obligations under domestic and international privacy laws, including CCPA and related state comprehensive privacy laws, GDPR, COPPA, and various state data breach and biometric information laws.
Routinely drafts, revises and implements public-facing privacy notices and standard form customer agreements for clients across a range of industries.
Regularly serves as a data privacy and cybersecurity subject-matter resource in support of corporate acquisitions, including managing due diligence reviews and assisting with the negotiation of privacy- and cybersecurity-related provisions.

Represented early-stage client entities in the HealthTech, AgTech and blockchain technology industries in connection with priced equity fundraisings totaling over $25 million.
Represented the venture-investing arm of a large public aerospace company in connection with several strategic portfolio investments totaling over $15 million.
Routinely assists founders in entity creation, conversion and early-stage financing activities.
Routinely assists private investment firms, university endowments and other institutional investors with the review and negotiation of minority investments in a variety of private equity funds.
