Profile
Fara Soubouti is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, health care and general corporate law. She has experience negotiating and drafting a variety of contractual arrangements, including organizational documents, purchase agreements and related documentation.
Fara is a member of the Robinson Bradshaw Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. She is also a founding board member of the inaugural Southeast Chapter of the Iranian American Bar Association. Fara is fluent in Farsi and Spanish.
