Chelsea Evans is a corporate attorney whose practice focuses on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, corporate finance, health care and general corporate law. She has experience negotiating and drafting a variety of contractual arrangements, including organizational documents, purchase and sale agreements, credit agreements and related documentation. Chelsea serves on Robinson Bradshaw’s Recruiting Committee and co-chairs the firm's Lawyers of Color Affinity Group.
