Caitlin Sullivan represents clients in a broad range of transactional matters with a focus on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law. She regularly represents both banks and borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including investment grade and non-investment grade syndicated and bilateral facilities and acquisition and bridge financings. Caitlin also represents both private equity sponsors and strategic clients in acquisitions and dispositions, and she has experience negotiating and drafting a variety of contractual arrangements including credit agreements and other financing documentation, organizational and governance documents, purchase and sale agreements, and related documentation.
