Aneesha Bruton is a transactional attorney who counsels clients on a broad range of technology transactions and complex commercial contracts matters. Her experience includes software, data, patent and trademark licensing; software- and platform-as-a-service agreements; e-commerce; joint intellectual property development and joint venture agreements; product and platform development and integration; commercialization; distribution and reseller agreements; professional service agreements; and supply-chain, warehousing and logistics agreements. Aneesha also assists clients in enterprise and optimization transactions, and she advises clients on the intellectual property aspects of merger, acquisition, asset sale and financing transactions.

Prior to joining Robinson Bradshaw, Aneesha was an attorney at King & Spalding LLP in Washington, D.C. She is not yet admitted to practice in North Carolina.
