Robinson Bradshaw represented the State of North Carolina in its sale of $700 million tax-exempt, limited obligation bonds. The bond issue, which closed today, is the second tranche of the up to $3 billion Build NC statewide transportation financing program. Robinson Bradshaw attorneys Alice Adams, Ed Lucas and Curtis Strubinger served as bond counsel in the transaction.
