Robinson Bradshaw attorneys Jennifer Csik Hutchens and Travis S. Hinman have been selected to participate in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity action programs for diverse, high-potential attorneys. Hutchens will be an LCLD Fellow, joining a cohort of mid-career attorneys, and Hinman will be an LCLD Pathfinder with other early-career attorneys. The programs provide professional and personal development experiences, leadership trainings, relationship-building opportunities and a robust alumni community.

LCLD is an organization of more than 350 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a truly diverse legal profession. Robinson Bradshaw is proud to be an LCLD member.

Hutchens practices transactional law in the health care and life sciences industry and co-chairs the firm’s Health Care Practice Group. She represents providers, licensed agencies, nonprofits and management services organizations of all sizes, focusing on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and other affiliation transactions.

Hinman represents clients in complex business litigation and appeals. She has a broad range of experience in state and federal courts across the country, including in class actions, unfair and deceptive trade practices cases, fraud and securities claims, state False Claims Act cases and breach of contract actions.
