Preetha Suresh Rini moderated a panel at the North Carolina Bar Association's 2023 Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section Program. This panel of speakers, with experience in private practice and in-house roles, illustrated practices for building trust with colleagues, opposing counsel, clients, and neutral mediators and judges. The panelists examined professionalism and candor, and they also discussed how achieving and maintaining a high level of trust increases success for both the individual lawyer and the law firm as an organization.
