Profile
Through his 50-year career, Ward McKeithen had extensive trial and appellate experience in state and federal litigation in a wide range of civil cases. He practiced in the area of civil litigation and served as lead trial counsel in both the successful prosecution and defense of major antitrust and class action securities lawsuits. He also led trial teams and negotiated settlements of countless commercial and business disputes. Ward had significant experience in mediation and dispute resolution.
Ward was featured in "The Best Lawyers in America" for 32 years.
