Profile
Maggie McLoughlin is a business litigator. She has represented clients in regulatory and criminal investigations, securities litigation and complex commercial disputes.
Maggie maintains an active pro bono practice. She represented refugee resettlement agencies as co-counsel in their successful challenge of an executive order threatening refugee resettlement before Maryland district court and the Fourth Circuit. She also has represented pro bono clients in criminal cases.
Before joining Robinson Bradshaw, Maggie was an attorney at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York City. Additionally, as a former consultant and compliance officer, she has experience in financial regulatory compliance and risk management, including anti-money laundering.
