Luke Shapiro earned his law degree summa cum laude from the Wake Forest University School of Law where he was class salutatorian, a member of Order of the Coif, and the business editor of the Wake Forest Law Review. Luke received a master's degree in sustainability from Wake Forest University and a bachelor's degree in biosystems engineering from the University of Tennessee.

Prior to law school, Luke worked as an environmental and facilities engineer.
