Profile
Kelley Storey represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, mass tort claims and complex intellectual property matters. Kelley combines the technical expertise from her engineering background with a talent for simplifying complex issues, honed during her tenure as a high school math teacher. This unique skill set allows her to effectively counsel clients throughout all stages of litigation.
Kelley maintains a robust pro bono practice, including serving as a guardian ad litem for minor children and representing affirmative asylum applicants in immigration proceedings.
Kelley previously was an attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP in Washington, D.C. Before attending law school, Kelley participated in Teach for America and taught high school math in North Carolina.

Represents a multinational conglomerate in multidistrict litigation regarding product liability related to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances.
Represents clients in contract disputes in both state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution forums. Contracts litigated include joint research and development agreements, supply contracts and purchase agreements.
Defended a startup client in a complex trade secret dispute. After filing counterclaims against the plaintiff, a settlement was reached.
Defended a large pharmaceutical client in an arbitration concerning a research and development contract with another pharmaceutical company, resulting in a favorable decision for the client on all issues.
Defended a pharmaceutical client in a Hatch-Waxman proceeding in federal district court. The litigation resulted in settlement.
