Jordan DeJaco represents clients in complex business litigation and appeals in state and federal courts. She maintains a diverse litigation practice. Her recent experience includes mass torts and products liability, high-value personal injury, complex breach of contract, business torts, unfair and deceptive trade practices claims, class actions and other general business litigation matters. Jordan counsels clients through all stages of litigation, including fact investigation, discovery, motions practice, mediation, trial preparation and appeals.
