Bennett Wright counsels companies and individuals in all phases of civil litigation. His recent experience includes mass torts and product liability, unfair and deceptive trade practices, breaches of contract, construction-related disputes and other general business litigation matters.

  • Represents debtor as special counsel for asbestos claims estimation matters in In re DBMP LLC, Case No. 20-30080 (Bankr. W.D.N.C.).

  • Advised developer of a high-end multifamily and townhome project in arbitration of complex claims regarding delayed delivery and completion of the project by a contractor.

  • Counseled a manufacturing company in an internal investigation regarding the potential misrepresentation of product specifications.
