Alec Merrill is a paralegal knowledgeable in all aspects of the probate and trust administration process. He enjoys working directly with fiduciaries and attorneys to ensure that each client’s needs are met. His experience includes preparing and filing court inventories and accountings, preparing federal estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns, and distributing probate and trust assets.

Alec earned his paralegal certificate from East Carolina University. Before coming to Robinson Bradshaw, he was an estate administration paralegal at Perry, Bundy, Plyler and Long, LLP in his hometown of Monroe, North Carolina.
