Robinson Bradshaw Earns Dual Recognition by Leadership Council on Legal Diversity
PDFProfessionals
Robinson Bradshaw earned a Compass Award and a Top Performer designation from the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity for demonstrating a continued commitment to building a more inclusive firm and legal profession. The firm was one of only 73 organizations to earn both designations out of more than 400 members.
This is Robinson Bradshaw’s third consecutive year to receive the Compass Award. The honor recognizes that Managing Partner Allen Robertson and the firm fulfilled the following requirements within one calendar year: Robertson submitted a Leader’s Pledge stating his personal commitment to and vision for DEI at the firm; Robertson, along with the firm’s DEI committee co-chair Angie Vincent, attended the LCLD annual meeting; and the firm participated in LCLD’s Fellows, Pathfinders and 1L Scholars programs. The Fellows and Pathfinders programs provide attorneys in the middle and beginning of their careers with opportunities for development, networking and leadership training. As part of the 1L Scholars program, the firm welcomed a first-year law student scholar to its summer associate class.
The Top Performer honor recognizes organizations in the top 20% for participation and engagement in LCLD programs and activities.
LCLD is a national organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners — the leadership of the profession — who have dedicated themselves to making the legal profession as diverse as the nation it serves.
