Robinson Bradshaw attorney Jessica Mering Hardin was elected a fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. ACTEC is an organization of peer-elected trust and estate lawyers and law professors who are skilled and experienced in many areas of fiduciary and trust and estate law. Fellows are elected based on their outstanding reputation, exceptional skill and substantial contributions to the field by lecturing, writing, teaching and participating in bar leadership or legislative activities.

At Robinson Bradshaw, Hardin advises clients on a wide variety of matters related to wealth transfer, asset protection, tax planning and charitable giving. She is a contributing author to the BB&T Estate Planning Forms Manual, a popular resource for North Carolina attorneys, and is a frequent speaker on topics related to estate planning, trust and estate administration, and taxation. Jessica is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Specialist in estate planning and probate law, and the treasurer of the North Carolina Bar Association Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Section.
