Former federal cybercrime prosecutor Allen O'Rourke joined Robinson Bradshaw this week. O'Rourke will also co-chair the firm's new Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice Group.

"We are thrilled to have Allen O'Rourke join us at Robinson Bradshaw," said Managing Partner Allen Robertson. "In an age where cybersecurity issues and privacy threats make headlines every day, Allen's wealth of experience and deep industry knowledge will be a tremendous asset to our clients."

He received two Special Achievement Awards for his work to combat cybercrime. O'Rourke also has substantial trial and appellate experience, handling more than 50 trials across a broad range of civil and criminal matters.

O'Rourke holds IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional certifications for the United States (CIPP/US) and Europe (CIPP/E).
