Robinson Bradshaw attorney J. Dickson Phillips III was inducted into the North Carolina chapter of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. The Academy is an invitation-only professional association consisting of mediators and arbitrators with hands-on experience in civil and commercial dispute resolution.
Phillips was one of the first lawyers in North Carolina to be certified as a mediator in 1992, and he has taught mediation and negotiation at UNC School of Law and the Duke Private Adjudication Center.
Phillips regularly advises businesses and individuals on a wide range of matters, including contract drafting and enforcement, trademark and copyright protection, and privacy and cybersecurity.
