South Charlotte Lifestyle featured Dianne Chipps Bailey as one of its three “Queens of the Queen City,” recognizing her as an influential woman in the Charlotte community. She was featured alongside Mayor Jennifer Roberts and Crisis Assistance Ministry CEO Carol Hardison.
