In a recent North Carolina Lawyers Weekly article, Robinson Bradshaw attorney Brian Church weighed in on whether mandatory arbitration clauses in employment contracts are helpful or harmful to employers and employees. He also explained that the "confidentiality provisions of arbitration can likewise often serve the interest of both parties."
