Robinson Bradshaw Ranks Third in National Survey of Best Midsize Law Firms to Work For

Robinson Bradshaw ranked third on Vault's national list of the 20 Best Midsize Law Firms to Work For and was deemed "one of the most respected and consistently highly ranked firms in its region."

Vault derives its rankings from its Law Firm Associate Survey, in which associates at midsize firms rate and comment on various aspects of their work life, including firm culture, quality of work, hours and compensation. Vault then evaluates the firms based on associates' answers and computes an overall score of quality of life. Within the individual categories, Robinson Bradshaw ranked #2 for both firm culture and satisfaction.

Vault's editorial highlighted that Robinson Bradshaw does not maintain billable hour quotas, as well as the firm's tradition of community service, including involvement in civic activities and a long-standing commitment to pro bono work.

The firm is also featured on Vault's "Top 150 Under 150" list, created to recognize "outstanding law firms with fewer attorneys, but no less expertise" than global firms.
