Allen Robertson recently spoke with the Charlotte Business Journal about lessons learned since becoming Robinson Bradshaw's managing partner in 2015. Robertson shared that he has realized change does not come quickly in the firm's flat management structure, requiring him to be "persistent and patient" when implementing new initiatives. He also has a "deeper understanding of the contributions and accomplishments of people in the firm."

"One of the best parts of my job is being 'thanker-in-chief,' expressing appreciation on behalf of the firm to the people who make us as successful as we are," Robertson said.
