Jennifer Hutchens Elected to AHLA Leadership
PDFThe American Health Lawyers Association announced that Robinson Bradshaw attorney Jennifer Csik Hutchens has been nominated to serve as an at-large member of the AHLA Nominating Committee. In this capacity, she will engage in the evaluation process of candidates to recommend to the Board of Directors for AHLA appointed and elected positions. With nearly 14,000 members, AHLA is the nation's largest, nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) educational organization devoted to legal issues in the health care field.
Hutchens practices transactional health care law, and she has extensive experience in health care joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and integration transactions. An active AHLA member, her current service also includes membership on the Fundamentals in Health Law Conference Planning Committee and the Governance Advisory Council. Hutchens recently served a term as chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Health Law Section Council.
