Modern Data and Devices in Transit

Emma Perry was featured on a panel at The Master's Conference in Charlotte, a boutique legal conference held in various cities throughout the United States. Perry's panel discussed collecting, processing and reviewing modern data, from cell phones to X (Twitter) and everything in between. The panel walked through the process from the decision to collect a custodian’s data to getting modern data into review. Panelists shared how to deal with the pitfalls and triumphs of managing modern data through investigation and discovery.
