This presentation provided an introduction to the North Carolina Business Court, a unique court that specializes in the resolution of complex business disputes. Adam covered the benefits of litigating in the Business Court and his expertise in handling issues that arise in business cases. The presentation also addressed choice of forum clauses for the Business Court, along with other “miscellaneous” clauses that often fly under the radar in drafting that can create significant problems in litigation.
