Cutting-Edge Employment Scenarios CLE

In this session, Charles Johnson and Gabe Wright examined a number of different employment scenarios, often adapted from case law and stories in the popular press, in order to discuss a myriad of legal issues that arise in the workplace. Subjects included compliance with gnarly and sometimes counterintuitive wage and hour issues, conflicts between enforcement of workplace policies and employee accommodation requirements, regulatory issues under the Americans with Disabilities Act, proper responses to harassment complaints and workplace privacy issues, among others
