Allen O'Rourke presented at the North Carolina Bar Association's Corporate Counsel Annual CLE. This year's theme was "In-House Practice in the Age of COVID-19," and O'Rourke's session focused on cybersecurity lessons.

Attendees gained technical and legal insights to better enable corporate counsel to identify and address legal issues related to cybersecurity. This session explained key concepts of internet technology and cybercrime, discussed major areas of legal risk related to cybersecurity, and provided tips to help corporate counsel handle such issues effectively.
