John Wester led a session at the American College of Trial Lawyers' annual meeting of North Carolina Fellows. Along with a co-presenter, Wester discussed ongoing cases between the North Carolina General Assembly and the governor, along with other highly political cases. The two attorneys gave an overview of each case, discussed where the case currently stands, and considered how the issues at stake may affect the state.
