The American Bar Association's Section of Litigation and Ankura Consulting hosted a daylong program that provided practical skills training and practice tips for taking deposition testimony from experts, including Robinson Bradshaw attorney Rob Harrington. 

Participants learned:

Using a hypothetical case and mock discovery materials, participants in this program took, defended and observed mock depositions of real experts from Ankura, under the guidance of experienced trial lawyers like Harrington and judges who provided participants with feedback and technical advice.
