U.S. Supreme Court Case Update

Mark Hiller and Erik Zimmerman presented a CLE for the Mecklenburg County Bar. Hiller and Zimmerman's program, "U.S. Supreme Court Case Update," covered recent developments in U.S. Supreme Court jurisprudence and what we should expect from the Court’s upcoming term. Attendees earned 1.0 hour of CLE credit.

Hiller and Zimmerman both served as clerks to Supreme Court justices — Hiller to Justice Sonia Sotomayor and Zimmerman to Chief Justice John Roberts.
